Food Writer
Today, I'd like to be a food writer. I'll create amazing concoctions, building recipes from the ground up, amazing people by sneaking sweet potatoes into their snickerdoodles and helping other people find out how much fun fruit really is. I'll write, covered head to toe in flour and sauce splatters. I'll review, I'll recipize, I'll recount the processes of baking and how I stumbled into that little place down the street with the vegan blackberry vanilla scones. My flowery prose will not be misplaced when describing frosting and flambees. And no one; NO ONE will be able to out-bake or out-write me.
